Amending regular gifts and donations

Amending regular gifts

1. Select Manage Regular Giving

2. Select the Regular gifts tab

3. Click Change

4. Decrease or increase your gift

5. Click Next

6. If a regular donation is funded by this regular gift you can change the donation amount here and click Recalc to make sure your gift will cover your donations

7. Click Next

7. You can then review your gift and donation request details and once satisfied please click Confirm

 

Increasing a regular donation when funded by a Direct Debit

1. Select Manage Regular Giving

2. Select the Regular gifts tab

3. Click Change next to the gift that funds your regular donation request

4. If necessary please increase the amount of your gift to Stewardship

5. Click Next

6. Increase the donation amount and click Recalc to make sure your gift will cover your donations

7. Click Next

8. You can then review your gift and donation request details and once satisfied please click Confirm.

If you would like to change the reference used with your donation request then click on change next to the relevant donation on your summary screen before clicking confirm. You will be given the opportunity to amend the amount of the donation, click next.  You can then update the references used with the donation request, click next twice and then click confirm

 

Decreasing  a regular donation when funded by a Direct Debit

1. Select Manage Regular Giving

2. Select the Regular gifts tab

3. Click Change next to the gift that funds your regular donation request

4. If required change the amount of your gift to Stewardship

5. Click Next

6. Change the donation amount and click Recalc to make sure your gift will cover your donations

7. Click Next

8. You can then review your gift and donation request details and once satisfied please click Confirm.

 

Making a new donation request from an existing regular gift

1. Select Manage Regular Giving

2. Select the Regular donations tab

3. Click New

4. Select the ‘increase or amend your existing monthly gift’

5. Click Next

6. If you need to increase your gift to Stewardship do so here

7. Click Next

8. You are given the opportunity to change any existing donations

9. Click Next

10. Select the new recipient from your favourite recipients or search our recipient database

11. Enter the amount of the new donation request

12. Click Next

13. You can enter a reference here and tick a box to indicate you would like the donation to be anonymous

14. Click Next

15. Select if you would like the reclaimed tax to follow the donation

16. Click Next

17. Review any changes made and then click Confirm


Cancelling regular gifts

1. Select Manage Regular Giving

2. Select the Regular gifts tab

3. Click Cancel next to the gift you would like to stop

4. Click Finish.

Please note that if a regular donation request is funded by your regular gift this will also stop when your regular gift into your account is cancelled.
