Request Donations

Request a one-off donation to a recipient

1. Select  Make a Gift  from the top menu bar.

2. Select the  Request a donation to a recipient  option.

3. Click  Next

The following screens will ask how you would like to fund a donation.  This can be by a Direct Debit, Credit/Debit card or from your Stewardship account if you have a balance.

You will then be able to select from your list of ‘Favourite recipients’ or search our database of approved recipients.


Request a one-off donation from your Stewardship account balance

1)   Select  Make a Gift from the top menu bar.

2) Select the  Request a donation to a recipient  option.

3) Click  Next.

4) Select the  Your Stewardship account balance  option.

5) Click  Next.

6) Follow the instructions on the screen.

 

Request a regular donation to a recipient

1) Select  Make a Gift  from the top menu bar.

2) Select the Regular tab

3) Select the  Request a donation to a recipient  option.

4) Click  Next

The following screens will ask how you would like to fund a donation.  This can be by Direct Debit or from your Stewardship account balance. If you choose the latter you will need to ensure that you always have enough funds in your Stewardship account to cover the regular donation.

You will then be able to select from your list of ‘Favourite recipients’ or search our database of approved recipients.

 

Request a regular donation from your Stewardship account balance

1) Select  Make a Gift from the top menu bar.

2) Select the Regular tab

3) Select the  Request a donation to a recipient  option.

3) Click  Next.

4) Select the  Your Stewardship account balance  option.

You will need to ensure that you always have enough funds in your Stewardship account to cover the regular donation.

5) Click  Next.

6) Choose the recipient you would like the donation to go to from your ‘Favourite Recipient’ list. If they are not included within your Favourites you can search our database of approved recipients. 

7) Follow the instructions on the screen.

 

Find the recipient you would like us to make a donation to

When you are about to make a donation you will be presented with a list of favourite recipients. If the recipient you are looking for is not in the list you can carry out a search of our database. The search box can be found below the favourite recipient list. 

You can search by the recipient’s name or Stewardship account number. 

You may add the town to assist the search but please be aware that it will be the town that we have registered for communication with the recipient and this may be the address of the head office or the church treasurer not necessarily the location of the organisation.

Some of our recipients may have opted out of the search facility or they may not as yet be approved by us.  If you cannot find the recipient you are looking for, click on ‘can’t find them?’ and you will be asked to provide more information.  Our helpdesk team will research this further and get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Ensure that the reclaimed tax follows the donation

Firstly give into your account by Direct Debit, credit or debit card.  You will then have the option to select  a recipient’ or leave the gift in your account.  If you wish the reclaimed tax (less fee) to follow the donation be sure to click on  select recipient

 

Order a voucher book online

Click  Account Details

Click  Order a new voucher book

You can then choose to receive a personalised voucher book which will have your name and address printed on each voucher or you can choose an anonymous voucher book which will not contain your details.

Click  Next.

Check that your details are correct and then click  Finish.
