Security is a high priority for Stewardship and your online activity takes place in a completely secure environment.

In order to access the online service you will be provided with security information (Username, PIN and Memorable Word) at the outset and you must choose new login details when you access your account for the first time. These are an important part of our security procedures and you must treat them as confidential. If you suspect that others may have unauthorised access to your details we recommend that you change them immediately and/or call our helpdesk.

Whilst we have moved most activities online, certain key actions, such as changing your name, address and bank account details will continue to be administered through our giving services team as an added protection against fraud.
