your overview

 

This report is a snapshot of your account activity; if you would like to see more detail for each of the 4 reports available from the overview page, simply click on ‘more’ and this will take you to the relevant page.

 

summary statement

This report is based on the statement which you receive by post. 

It shows all the payments into your Stewardship account (gifts and reclaimed tax) and all the payments out of your account (donations and fees) over the last two months. 

The period can easily be expanded by changing the ‘Date From’ and ‘Date To’ fields.

 

recent donations

This report shows the last 10 donations that have been made from your Stewardship account in the last 6 months. 

If you wish to see more donations within the report you can change the number of rows and the ‘Date from / Date to’ fields.

 

donations by recipient

This report gives a breakdown of the recipients that have received a donation from your Stewardship account over the last 12 months. 

You can change the period in the ‘Date From’ and ‘Date To’ fields.

The report shows regular and one-off donations, donations made by voucher and reclaimed tax.  You can remove any of these in the ‘Transaction Type’ field and they will not appear within the report.

 

donations by type

This report gives a breakdown of donations made out of your Stewardship account over the last 12 months broken down by type (regular and one-off donations, donations made by voucher and reclaimed tax).

You can change the period in the ‘Date From’ and ‘Date To’ fields.

 

regular giving

This report shows the regular gifts that are set up to go into your Stewardship account and the regular donations that will be made out of your account.

 

pending one-off transactions

This report shows one-off transactions that are ‘on the way’ i.e. transactions that are currently in the banking process or are being reviewed.

 

grouped transactions

This report allows you track any donations and tax donations associated to a gift that you made into your Stewardship account.

For example if, after making a gift, you went on to request that a donation or donations should be made to a recipient out of that gift.

In the same group will be any reclaimed tax that has come back into your Stewardship account from that gift and any tax that is being donated to the recipient.

 

gifts by tax year

This report is intended to assist you with your annual tax returns.  It provides you with the amounts that you have given to Stewardship on which we reclaimed tax under the Gift Aid scheme, split over the last three years.

 

yearly gift comparison

This report helps you to compare your giving on an annual basis back to January 1st 2007.

 

yearly donation comparison

This report helps you to compare the donations that have been made from your Stewardship account on an annual basis back to January 1st 2007.
