Help with login
How do I change my login details?
1. Go to Account Details
2. Click on Login details
3. Make any changes to your login details and click Save.
Forgotten Username
In the right-hand panel on the login page, there is a help and support menu.
1. Click on Forgotten login details
2. Select the Username button
3. Click Next
4. Complete your account number, last name and date of birth
5. Click Next
6. Answer the security question
7. Click Next
8. Click Finish
An email is then immediately sent to you which contains your Username.
If the email is not received please phone our Helpdesk on 020 8502 1100.
Forgotten PIN
In the right-hand panel on the login page, there is a help and support menu.
1. Click on Forgotten login details
2. Select the PIN button
3. Click Next
4. Complete your account number, Username and date of birth
5. Click Next
6. Answer the security question
7. Click Next
8. Click Finish
An email is then immediately sent to you containing your new PIN. When you next login you will be asked to change your PIN.
If the email is not received please phone our Helpdesk on 020 8502 1100.
Forgotten Password

1. Click Forgotten login details
2. Select the Password button
3. Click Next
4. Fill in your account number, your Username and date of birth
5. Click Next
6. Answer the security question
7. Click Next
8. Click Finish
An email is then immediately sent to you containing a hint to your Password.
If the email is not received or it doesn’t prompt you to remember your Password then please phone our helpdesk on: 020 8502 1100.
